First Post of 2012!

Well I'm sitting on my bathroom floor and blogging, mostly because my computer was sitting on the sink while I was showering and I might as well pop a squat here and get out what's on my mind. Emma's looking at me and making puppy sounds, trying to get my attention. I missed my baby girl!

Well now I'm in that awkward unpacking state where I don't want to unpack at once, but do it over a series of days... I did pull out my new soap and perfume, though :) The soap smells *amazing* and even comes with a recipe for raspberry sorbet! Yumm. Annnnnd! I'm so glad to finally have my first big girl perfume in a glass bottle! I only got the small size, but we'll see how long this lasts me. I smell so pretty now! And I got all the dirty clothes out of the middle of the bag, so now it's just oddball stuff on the ends to deal with, ugh.

I have quite the busy week ahead of me. A day with the man tomorrow, dentist and lunch with Jamie and possibly hanging out with Victor on Tuesday, then helping Crystal move on the 4th, then babysitting on the 7th, and the DSO concert on the 10th. Somewhere in all of that I have to do laundry and I'd like to make some art! And buy bread and salami before I move back in ;P I'd also like to throw out old clothes while I'm home and OH YEAH! I still need to learn how to sew! Ha ha, I have too much on my plate.

Just like this time last year, we had sauerkraut and pork for dinner. And just like this time last year, I'm mildly sick. I need that pink stuff, but all of it's at school :( Maybe I'll just sit here and listen to Song of Myself a million times some more.
