SEWING MACHINE

Y U NO WORK?!

So Heather helped me open up my beautiful new Singer Athena 2009 sewing machine tonight aaaaaand, since she has the Curvy model which is pretty much the exact same, she taught me how to thread a bobbin and thread the machine. Well something's not right, because it keeps beeping after a few second of sewing and when I look at the underside of the fabric, it's all nested and gross. And based on my research, this means there's something wrong with the threading on the top of the machine, but I've done everything exactly how it says to do online and in the manual! Upper tension, Y U NO work either?!

Bahhhhh. Now I'm all sad because I wanted to sew, or at least, spend tomorrow sewing with Heather. If anything, I'll just use her machine and hope for the best :P But I feel sort of good because even though the machine is shitting on me now, it looks so cute in its rolling bag!

Ha ha, funny how I was gonna clean up the area around my desk, but got distracted during a nostalgic rush back to when me and Leigh went to go see HIM waaaaay back in 2007. Good times, good times. I AM THE SACRAMENT SIDEKICK! You know, I haven't listened to HIM in a really long time... but when a good song comes up on my shuffle, oh that's some good stuff. Killing Loneliness and Scared to Death and The Sacrament, oh my!

I might just go to sleep now out of boredom :P Tomorrow's a nice free day...
